Ryan and Jennifer
Ryan and Jennifer got married September 19th, 2009 in Romeo, Michigan. Their wedding was just a little unique. Jennifer had decided to theme her wedding off of Tim Burton's Corpse Bride movie. And it was spectacular! Ravens, gargoyles, and love was in the air!
The ceremony took place in the backyard of the house Ryan grew up in. A mix of perfect weather, a beautiful landscape, and a ton of cool decorations made for a picture perfect wedding.
After the I do's were said, and the first kiss was made, the couple went with Jen (of DanRay Photography) and had their pictures taken around the scenic backyard. Even China, Jennifer's dog, was trying to get into the mix!

The groomsmen showed off their attire...
...by posing as vampires. Some better than others.
After the photo session, it was time for the reception!
After the announcements, dinner was served. It was catered by Vintage House Banquets and Catering. The buffet included a variety of foods, including some great tasting potatoes(my favorite) and chicken.
After dinner, it was time to cut the cake. The caked looked awesome! I love the crooked-layered cakes, they are so much fun!
Finally, it was time to start dancing. Jennifer and Ryan started it off, and the bridal party joined in on the dancing! Tthe dance floor was packed within minutes!
All in all, it was a terrifically elegant wedding, with a flair of Tim Burton.
Tracy and Jasen
Zoot suits. Horse carriages. Swing dancing. That was Tracy's and Jasen's wedding.
Tracy came in by horse at the ConCorde Inn in Clinton Township, Michigan.
Tracy and Jasen definently had a flair for doing something unique. Instead of having table numbers, each table was assigned a favorite movie of the bride and groom.
And of course the head table was the Princess Bride table.
